READyMetric is operated by Well-Timed Solutions LLP. These Terms & Conditions apply to the website, free assessment, complete assessment, payment experience and associated results.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using READyMetric, submitting assessment responses or making a payment, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. About READyMetric
READyMetric is an assessment and decision-support tool intended to help users understand areas of business preparedness. It provides a structured way to reflect on business readiness across relevant dimensions.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms and, where you act for a business or another person, authorised to do so. The service is intended for users able to make their own business and payment decisions.
5. The READyMetric Assessment
The assessment contains up to 60 questions. Your responses are used to generate readiness scores, analysis, strengths, gaps and recommended focus areas. The experience may require an active assessment session in the same browser.
6. Free Assessment
The initial assessment covering Questions 1–10 is available free of charge and provides an initial readiness snapshot. Availability and content may be updated from time to time without changing an assessment already in progress where reasonably practicable.
7. Complete Assessment
The complete assessment covers Questions 1–60. The ₹99 payment provides access to Questions 11–60 and the associated analytical results, subject to the service being available and these terms.
8. Pricing and Payment
The complete assessment currently costs ₹99, including applicable taxes as displayed by the application. Payments are processed through Razorpay. You authorise the payment provider to process the payment information needed to complete your purchase under its applicable terms.
9. Access After Payment
Paid access is enabled after a successful payment is verified. Access is linked to the relevant assessment session and may depend on the session remaining valid. If payment succeeds but access is not enabled, contact support with your available payment reference.
10. Assessment Responses
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and responses you provide. You should answer honestly and choose the response that best reflects your current circumstances.
11. Scoring and Results
Results are based on the information and responses provided by the user and the READyMetric scoring approach in effect for that assessment. Scores are intended to organise and explain readiness signals, not to establish facts about future performance.
12. Nature of the Results
The results are informational and educational. The assessment is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or other professional advice. Consider obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances before making important decisions.
13. No Guarantee of Business Success
READyMetric does not guarantee business success, profitability, investment returns, funding, regulatory approval, market acceptance or any other business outcome. Business outcomes depend on many factors beyond an assessment.
14. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide information you are entitled to provide, keep your assessment access reasonably secure, review results in context and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for decisions made using the assessment.
15. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, evade payment controls, copy or extract assessment content at scale, submit malicious material or use READyMetric for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
16. Intellectual Property
READyMetric, its assessment content, structure, scoring presentation, text, branding and website materials are owned by or licensed to Well-Timed Solutions LLP and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership.
17. Third-Party Services
READyMetric relies on third-party services, including Razorpay for payments and providers supporting hosting and service operation. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems beyond our reasonable control.
18. Service Availability
We aim to keep READyMetric available and functioning, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Well-Timed Solutions LLP will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on READyMetric. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
20. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Digital access may be provided promptly after verified payment, so cancellation may not be possible once the paid assessment has been accessed and used, subject to applicable law.
21. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and handled when you use READyMetric. By using the service, you acknowledge those practices.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, business practices or law. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
23. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or dispute-resolution rights that apply.
