We may collect the information you provide, your assessment and business information, payment or transaction references, and limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the service. We do not ask you to create an account or password to begin the assessment.

4. Information Provided by the User

This may include your name, email address, phone number when you choose to provide it, and the business stage or profile information you select. Please provide information that is accurate and belongs to you or that you are authorised to provide.

5. Assessment and Business Information

We collect your assessment responses and use them to calculate and present assessment scores, readiness results, analysis, strengths, gaps and recommended focus areas. We may also retain assessment progress and related session information so the assessment can operate and, where available, be resumed.

6. Payment and Transaction Information

When you purchase the complete assessment, payment and transaction reference information—such as an order reference, payment reference, amount, currency and payment status—may be associated with your READyMetric transaction. READyMetric does not store your card number, UPI credentials, CVV, OTP or other payment-instrument credentials.

7. Technical and Usage Information

We may process limited technical and usage information needed to deliver, maintain and secure the service. This can include session identifiers, timestamps, request or error information, browser or device information, and information used to prevent misuse and diagnose failures.

9. How Assessment Responses and Results Are Used

Responses are analysed to produce your readiness assessment, scores, analysis, strengths, gaps, recommended focus areas and related results. Results depend on the information you provide. They are not a guarantee, prediction or certification and are not professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or business advice.

10. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Razorpay may process payment-related and customer information according to its own privacy policies and applicable law. We receive only the references and status information needed to verify the transaction and provide paid access.

11. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for payment processing, website hosting, data storage, security and operational support. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and remain subject to their obligations and applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
